L R HELICOPTERS INC. is a federally regulated helicopter company based in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in aerial work, flight training, and charter operations. We are committed to safety, operational excellence, and delivering superior service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join our team and maintain our fleet to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections on AS350B3 (Arriel 2 series), Bell 212, EC120B, and R44 helicopters.
Conduct fieldwork as required.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts usage logs.
Collaborate with pilots, operations, and maintenance staff.
Participate in safety and quality assurance programs.
Mentor apprentice AMEs and assist with training.
Report to the DOM/PRM.

Qualifications

Valid Transport Canada AME Licence (M1 and/or M2).
Minimum 5 years of licensed AME experience.
Required endorsements: AS350B3 (Arriel 2), Bell 212 course and PT6T-3 engine (asset).
Experience with Bell 212, EC120, R44 is considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and schematics.
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Legally eligible to work in Canada and based in the Calgary area.
